Registration Includes:

► In-Person Fair

  • In-person opportunity to meet face-to-face with students from all year levels including graduating and co-op students.
  • Online job postings on Experience Guelph.
  • Promotion of your organization on marketing materials and social media.
  • Parking on campus with shuttle service to and from the University Centre at the start and end of the Fair.
  • 2 X $10 refreshment voucher valid on campus for purchase of snacks/beverages during the Fair. 
  • Standard six-foot table including white tablecloth.
  • WIFI access at your booth.
  • Optional services:
    • Electrical access at your booth: $25 + HST

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations received by Wednesday, September 27, 2023, 4:00 p.m., will be issued a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations received after 4:00 p.m. will not be refunded.

In addition to the inclusions in a standard registration, Gold Event Sponsorship also includes the following:

  • Prime location on the show floor with maximum visibility including the only double booth at the Fair with two tables, and more space for banners, signage, and promotional items.
  • Company logo, description, and website information displayed prominently on the event website on uoguelph.ca/ELHub.
