Co-op students have two separate appeal processes – one that deals with Academic Appeals and one that deals with Work Preparation and Co-op Work Term Appeals.

Academic Appeals by Co-op Students
For academic appeals, you can request for re-admission to Co-operative Education after being Required to Withdraw for: (as per Section VIII of the Undergraduate Calendar) [1]

Work Preparation and Work Term Appeals by Co-op Students
As per the Policy Agreement [2] a student who is required to withdraw from the Co-op program for work preparation and work term reasons has the option to appeal. In the case where a student wishes to apply for re-admission to the program, the student must appeal the “Required to Withdraw from Co-op” decision no later than the 15th class day following notification. Students cannot re-apply for admission to the Co-operative Education program in subsequent terms. The Request for Co-op Consideration form [3] must be submitted to the EL Hub at cica@uoguelph.ca.
For work preparation and co-op work term appeals, you can appeal the following Required to Withdraw reasons:
