► In-Person Fair
- In-person opportunity to meet face-to-face with students from all year levels including graduating and co-op students.
- Online job postings on Experience Guelph.
- Promotion of your organization on marketing materials and social media.
- Parking on campus with shuttle service to and from the University Centre at the start and end of the Fair.
- 2 X $10 refreshment voucher valid on campus for purchase of snacks/beverages during the Fair.
- Standard six-foot table including white tablecloth.
- WIFI access at your booth.

- Electrical access at your booth: $25 + HST

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations received by Wednesday, September 27, 2023, 4:00 p.m., will be issued a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee.
- Cancellations received after 4:00 p.m. will not be refunded.
