Tech Showcase

The Tech Showcase is our premier event for tech companies to network with U of G computing students for upcoming summer co-op work terms, part-time and full-time jobs, and a GREAT way to get your brand on campus. Open to all students in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Engineering Systems & Computing majors.
 

► Location:

  • Peter Clark Hall, University Centre Level 0, University of Guelph

► Registration Includes:

  • In-person opportunity to meet face-to-face with students from all year levels including graduating and co-op students.  
  • Promotion of your organization on marketing materials and social media. 
  • Standard five-foot table including tablecloth. 
  • Light appetizers and hors d’oeuvres available throughout the event.
  • Cost:
    • Option A: In-person Fair with 2 representatives 
      • $150 + HST ($169.50) 
    • Option B: In-Person Fair with 3 representatives 
      • $200 + HST ($226.00)

► Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations received by Monday, January 8, 2024, 4:00 p.m., will be issued a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee. 
    • Cancellations received after 4:00 p.m. on Monday, January 8, 2024 will not be refunded.

► Additional Details:

  • This is an informal and relaxed job fair-style networking event. Students will be dressed casually, and employers are encouraged you to dress comfortably too. 
  • Bring your branded tablecloths, banner, swag, etc.  
  • Wear your branded clothing and name tag. 
  • Alcohol is available for purchase at the event. 
  • Note that the loading dock will not be available for shipping ahead of time.
