In-Course Co-op Application Recruitment

The deadline dates below are firm and provide you with a full semester to submit your in-course application. If your application includes forms requiring a Program Counsellor signature, it is your responsibility to request those signatures in a timely manner to ensure they can be returned to you in enough time to submit your application before the deadline to cica@uoguelph.ca.

Fall In-Course Co-op Application Recruitment

Applications for the following co-op programs should be submitted during the Fall semester up until the last class day. Admission decision will be communicated to each applicant by e-mail in mid-January.  

Bachelor of Arts​

• Anthropology

• Culture and Technology Studies

• Psychology

Bachelor of Commerce

• Accounting

Bachelor of Science

• Biochemistry

• Biological & Pharmaceutical Chemistry

• Biomedical Toxicology

• Chemistry

Bachelor of Science (Environmental Science)

• Ecology

• Environment & Resource Management

• Environmental Economics & Policy

• Environmental Sciences

• Undeclared Bachelor of Science (Environmental Sciences) * students must declare their major prior to beginning second year of studies

*Deadline to apply is November 29, 2024, by 11:59pm.

Winter In-Course Co-op Application Recruitment

Applications for the following co-op programs should be submitted during the Winter semester up until the last class day. Admission decision will be communicated to each applicant by e-mail in early July.
