Promotional Packages

Choose from four curated packages to enhance brand exposure and increased promotion to students through featured job postings in Experience Guelph, social media spotlights, VIP networking with hospitality options, highlight features in the Experiential Learning Hub e-newsletter, and more!  

 

 VIP Networking

  • VIP Private Space Reservation on-campus in The Brass Taps Pub or The Lookout: Patio + Grad Lounge to host a recruitment or networking event with the opportunity to meet 1:1 with interested students and promote your company as a prospective employer.
  • Includes a selection of light appetizer snacks served during the event and non-alcohol beverages for all attendees.
  • Campus-wide digital advertising on the University’s digital signage network.
  • Featured job postings on Experience Guelph. 
  • Feature spotlight on the Experiential Learning Hub social media channels including Instagram and Twitter. Maximum of 1 post/story per channel for two weeks in advance of the event date.  
  • Highlight feature in the Experiential Learning Hub e-newsletter that is sent weekly to students. 
  • Promotion on the Experience Guelph Events and Workshop Calendar.
  • Cost: $645 + HST 

Exemptions

  • This package is not available during the two-week window before Job, Career, or Further Education Fairs hosted by the Experiential Learning Hub.
  • Food and Beverage Service costs are subject to change based on menu items selected.
  • Parking on campus is not included in the cost of this package.

 

 Promotion+

  • On-campus, in-person tabling opportunity in a high-traffic student area (University Centre) including a customized promotion package to enhance exposure to University of Guelph students. Space includes tables and chairs, setup support, and electrical power.  

  • Campus-wide digital advertising on the University’s digital signage network for two weeks leading up to the event/tabling date.

  • Featured job postings on Experience Guelph. 

  • Feature spotlight on the Experiential Learning Hub social media channels including Instagram and Twitter. Maximum of 1 post/story per channel for two weeks in advance of the tabling date.  

  • Highlight feature in the Experiential Learning Hub e-newsletter that is sent weekly to students. 

  • Promotion on the Experience Guelph Events and Workshop Calendar.

  • Cost: $545 + HST

  • This package is not available during the two-week window before Job, Career, or Further Education Fairs hosted by the Experiential Learning Hub. 
  • Parking on campus is not included in the cost of this package.  

 

 High-traffic Tabling

  • On-campus, in-person tabling opportunity in a high-traffic student area (University Centre). Space includes tables and chairs, setup support, and electrical power.
  • Promotion on the Experience Guelph Events and Workshop Calendar.
  • Cost: $250 + HST 

 

Exemptions: 

  • This package is not available during the two-week window before Job, Career, or Further Education Fairs hosted by the Experiential Learning Hub. 
  • Parking on campus is not included in the cost of this package.  

 

 Digital Promotion

  • Customized promotion package to enhance exposure (job posting, information session, events, organization profile, etc.) to University of Guelph students. 
  • Featured job postings on Experience Guelph.
  • Feature spotlight on the Experiential Learning Hub social media channels including Instagram and Twitter. Maximum of 1 post/story per channel for two weeks. 
  • Highlight feature in the Experiential Learning Hub e-newsletter that is sent weekly to students.
  • Promotion on the Experience Guelph Events and Workshop Calendar.
  • Cost: $250 + HST
